1. Respect family time: If you’re out with them or even just having dinner at home, keep the phones away!

2. Mind your surroundings: Don’t keep using your phones when you’re around people and try to strike up a conversation. 

3. Limit your use: Disciplining yourself is an effective way of rewiring your brain and getting it accustomed to the natural way of socializing. 

4. Analyze your habits: Take stock of your daily habits and identify all the unnecessary time spent on devices.

5. Choose offline games: Love games? Try planning group activities with board games or card games.
